Open a New Ticket

Before submitting a request

  • Describe what is happening, not just the outcome
  • Include location (landmark, camp name, or nearest road)
  • Note time observed and whether the issue is ongoing
  • Add contact information if follow-up may be needed

Clear, calm reports help the right people respond efficiently.

Emergency guidance

If there is an immediate safety concern, do not rely solely on the ticket system.

  • Go to Ranger HQ or the nearest Ranger Outpost
  • Contact any Ranger or staff member with a radio
  • Remain with the situation if it is safe to do so

Rangers can be identified by their uniform and radio. Any staff member with a radio can request emergency assistance.

When to use this system

  • Non-urgent assistance requests
  • Follow-up documentation after an incident
  • Issues requiring tracking, coordination, or hand-off
  • Situations where time and clarity matter more than immediacy
