Support & Assistance
Requests, reports, and coordination for Rangers and event support.
Before submitting a request
- Describe what is happening, not just the outcome
- Include location (landmark, camp name, or nearest road)
- Note time observed and whether the issue is ongoing
- Add contact information if follow-up may be needed
Clear, calm reports help the right people respond efficiently.
Emergency guidance
If there is an immediate safety concern, do not rely solely on the ticket system.
- Go to Ranger HQ or the nearest Ranger Outpost
- Contact any Ranger or staff member with a radio
- Remain with the situation if it is safe to do so
Rangers can be identified by their uniform and radio. Any staff member with a radio can request emergency assistance.
When to use this system
- Non-urgent assistance requests
- Follow-up documentation after an incident
- Issues requiring tracking, coordination, or hand-off
- Situations where time and clarity matter more than immediacy
